Hi!

My name is Dominika. For last 8 years, I’ve been helping people around the world achieve their wellness and performance goals. I graduated with masters in Sport Science and pursued my education further in psychology, and lately in gut-brain connection. My research work focused on coaching and motivation based on Atkinson’s Achievement Motivation Theory and my thesis linked life quality and achievement motivation as a motive power for success in life and sports. Helping others to feel better became my purpose and more importantly, the way of life. Thanks to my parents, I grew up living very healthy lifestyle. But it wasn’t until my dad was diagnosed with cancer that I started to look for “the ultimate cure” and the healthiest way of living possible. Sadly, my dad passed away, but I never stopped looking. My commitment to health and wellness grew even stronger. Over the years, every time I thought I had finally cracked the code on how to live the best life and age strong, I’d discover new challenge that made me dig deep. Now I know that “the healthiest life” is a relative term and it’s so complex that I will never stop learning. As a wellness coach, I look at body as a whole and my coaching philosophy focuses on mindful movement, recovery, nourishing food and thoughts, and good habits.

Everyone needs a good workout or a quick pick me up wellness session from time to time. Feel free to schedule this 60 minute session anytime after you completed your intro session. Check out my calendar and you may be lucky to snag a spot.

Monthly coaching package is designed to fit into your busy schedule. This series includes a monthly one on one session and a weekly check-in. Optional add-on includes an in person workout or a wellness session for discounted price.

Family wellness

The plan that comes in pack of four 30 minute sessions. I will help you to observe, create and apply heathy habits that are just the perfect fit for you and your family.

 

Move, nourish, be 2.0

Ready to commit for 2 one on one sessions a month? This package is for you. This series includes two monthly one on one sessions and a weekly check in. Optional workout or wellness session add-on for discounted price available.

Restore wellness package

This is a self paced package of six 60 minute one on one sessions (in person or online). It’s just the right amount of time to get you on track with exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle habits, as well as mindfulness.

Move well, get strong

Your favorite bundle of 12 strength training sessions (online or in person). This series includes movement analysis, goal setting and progress tracking.

Family life can be beautiful and beautifully exhausting, sometimes. I know that one person sets the tone for the entire family. There is no “one fits all” plan when it comes to family dynamics. I will be happy to assist in bringing more fun and laughter into your everyday life.
